My name is Sharon Good. For the last 7 years, I have been a Life, Career and Creativity Coach. If you're not familiar with Life Coaching, I invite you to click on About Coaching, where I am happy to introduce you to this life-enriching program.

One of the things I love about coaching as a career is that there are always opportunities to grow and develop. I'm currently inaugurating a new Whole Life Coaching program into my practice. This program offers a holistic approach that helps you craft a complete, fulfilling life, rather than just working on isolated problem areas. While it stands on the shoulders of the coaching techniques I've already been utilizing, there are some new aspects with which I would like to gain more experience with clients.

To that end, I am accepting a number of clients at a discounted rate to coach for 3 months using the Whole Life approach. This is how it will work:

  • We will have a brief conversation to discuss the program and see if it addresses your needs.
  • If you choose to continue, we will begin with a one-hour introductory session (by phone or in person in NYC), in which I will take you through the 7 areas of the Whole Life model to uncover aspects of your life that you would like to improve, and we will define some initial goals. There will be no charge for this session.
  • At the completion of the introductory session, we will decide whether half-hour (by phone only), forty-five minute or one-hour sessions (by phone or in person) would work best for you and discuss pricing. If we meet by phone, you are responsible for making the phone call.
  • We will then meet weekly to work on your goals, clarifying 3-month goals and interim steps. During that time, I will give you various useful handouts and worksheets to forward the process. You will choose specific actions to accomplish each week.
  • My request is that you initially commit to 3 months of coaching. If you choose to continue coaching beyond the 3 months, we will renegotiate terms.
