Career Coaching

Coach career-focused clients on how to take control of their work life. This course offers an overview of strategies, tools, and resources for navigating difficult career issues and dilemmas, from exploring occupations to charting radical change. Help clients clarify career goals through a self-exploration process, identify important resources, explore career alternatives, achieve better work-life balance, outline a strategic job-search campaign, and deal with the challenges of starting a business. Assist clients in developing a proactive career strategy that reflects their passions, values, skills, and practical needs, and learn ways to coach them on common workplace issues.

For over 20 years, the Life Purpose Institute has helped people discover their life purpose. Through this powerful, intimate training, you can learn to coach people to create a life they love.

In the 17-week phone training, you'll learn to become a life, career and life purpose coach from the comfort of your home. Over the course of the training, you'll learn and practice the skills, with the support of your instructor and a group of 6 to 8 classmates.
